Who is responsible for data storage?

We are!

How is the security of my data ensured?

Your data is protected by Google’s security rules concerning data in the cloud, and additionally by the safety 20face has enlisted.

Does 20face’s solution operate according to the GDPR?

The ‘Authoriteit Persoonsgegevens’ has not yet officially given out certificates to any organisations, but 20face’s solution is fully GDPR-compliant.

What algorithm do you use?

We use our own algorithm, developed here in the Netherlands.

Can I remove my personal data?

Yes, you can. To do this, you can go to the user portal or follow the link you used to sign up.

How can I be sure my data is really deleted?

We have been working on installing an independent board of privacy experts that will make sure 20face keeps it’s privacy promises at all times.
